Privacy Policy

The short version: we collect little, we sell nothing, and you can reach us about your data anytime.

SimplyPay is a Montréal-based payment-solutions broker serving Canadian businesses. This policy explains what information this website collects, why we collect it, where it is stored, and how to reach us about it. It applies to simplypay.ca and takes effect September 2026.

What we collect

We collect only what you choose to give us:

  • Contact form — your name, email address, phone number, company name (optional), and the message you write.

We do not ask for card numbers, banking details, or processing statements through this site. If you later share documents with a broker, that happens directly between you and them, not through these forms.

Why we collect it

We use your contact details to answer your message and to book and prepare your demo. We do not use this information for anything you didn’t ask for.

Where it's stored

Form submissions are sent to LeadByte, the lead-management platform our brokers work from, which may process them outside Canada, and a copy is kept in Supabase, the database service behind this site. Access is limited to the SimplyPay team members who handle your request.

What we never do

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not hand it to third parties for their marketing. We do not run a mailing list, so writing to us never signs you up for anything.

Your requests

Want to know what we hold about you, correct it, or have it removed? Email bonjour@simplypay.ca and we'll take care of it. You can also call 1.844.648.2888 or write to 2485 Fleury Est, Montréal, QC H2B 1L4, Canada.

Changes

If this policy changes, we will update this page and its effective date rather than notify you individually — check back here for the current version.

A note on status: this policy is a draft prepared for legal review and may be revised before it becomes final.
